RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED
We do not accept returns on our product. Food products like ours mean returns are not practical. That said, if you are anything less than satisfied with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us via email hello@motherlode.au and we will promptly get in touch during standard business hours.
CHANGE OF MIND
Motherlode holds our product and brand to the highest standards of quality. If for any reason you have questions or concerns about our product, get in touch and we’ll do what we can to ensure you have the best experience possible.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
In the event of major product defects or damage, you are entitled to a full refund excluding any shipping fees. You will need to send an image to hello@motherlode.au and the damage will be assessed by our team. If product has been misused by you, we will not accept responsibility for any defects. If items are damaged in transit we don’t accept responsibility for any damage caused and the issue will be need to be resolved with delivery company.
